  • Product details

Paint mist coagulant (water-borne agent) is a liquid coagulant, especially suitable for the treatment of water-borne paint, which can completely remove the viscosity of water-borne paint and the emulsification of circulating water. It is suitable for the treatment of over-spraying mist of waterborne paint on various substrates.

Usage method:

Coagulant of paint mist (water-borne agent) can be directly manually or automatically added into the circulating water of the system with a feeding pump. When treating water-borne paint, the pH value should be controlled at pH 7.5-8.5. At the same time, the paint slag can be completely removed from the circulating water system by the use of flocculant. During the spraying process, there will be a lot of bubbles in the circulating water system, and can be added to our defoamer. Please refer to our product instructions for the specific use plan.

The dosage varies according to the type of paint. Generally speaking, the initial groove allocation is 0.5% - 1.0% of the total amount of circulating water as paint mist coagulant (water-borne agent); the follow-up dosage is 1 liter of paint mist coagulant (water-borne agent) for 5-15 kg of Over-sprayed paint.
